my cold emails have over 30% conversion rate. here’s what actually gets replies: · line 1: something specific about them. not just their company name · line 2: one sentence for: their problem + your solution + why its a match · tip: no corporate jargon nor sales pitch

@leahlibest @X thats true. however, it is better to have 200 followers who acutally care about things youre posting than having couple thousands of them with little to no engagement. learned my lesson, now only focusing on people who actually are into saas !

@codealicja @X you can't convert people who don't know you exist. followers and engagement are your distribution layer, puts your product in front of the right eyes. go connect with more people, get seen, then convert!

nobody tells you how lonely the first few months on @X feel. posting daily, replying like a maniac and #buildinginpublic and it's finally compounding. my last 7 days ↓ drop a hi or your work, so I can follow + support 👇

New week. New chapter. Project submitted. ✅ Courses resuming. ✅ App idea: moving from concept to reality. For the first time since starting this journey — I have time to build something that's entirely mine. That feeling is something else. 🏥→💻 What's the project you're most excited to work on right now? 👇

how i've reached 100 people on waitlist in less than 1 month: 1. cold emailing people who seemed like they had an issue LeadsRun could solve. 2. texting founders on X and Reddit, offering free trial. 3. announcing LeadsRun's upcoming launch on Facebook Saas groups.

The hardest part isn’t the work itself. It’s showing up every day, even when you don’t feel like it. And accepting that real progress takes time. Most people quit right before the compound effect kicks in. What’s the one thing that makes showing up hardest for you?

Nobody warns you about this👀 when building life-changing products: you spend an unhealthy amount of time trying to explain something people have never mentally modeled before and most of the times users aren’t confused because your product is bad they’re confused because their brain literally has no existing category for it

if scaling ≠ volume, why do founders care so much about likes and followers?

@lukmanAufbau absolutely! i would also add "views and likes matter". for saas founders, posting only to get attention is useless as the impressions you got wont convert.

3 lies youve been told about saas content. "post consistently and users will come." "you need a big audience first." "content doesnt work for niche products." all three kept you from building the system that actually works.

Day 10 of 100 of growing this account to +1,000 followers in 100 days (or less), and we have gone from almost ZERO followers to 340 FOLLOWERS!!! I am 10% into the challenge. Thanks to everyone who has followed along so far. Today I: - Validated my SaaS idea - Created a backlog to build the app If you are: - A CS student - SaaS founder - Software Engineer Follow along. I am growing this account to +1,000 followers in 100 days (or less) by building and learning in public.

@TTrimoreau building too much for sure. distribution got pushed to the side is the worst decision a founder can make.

What’s the biggest trap for founders today? -building too much -consuming too much content -chasing every opportunity -comparing yourself to others
