NYC, seeking advice. Did not happen today but found out restaurant downstairs left gas on overnight yet again recently (2× this year, 6x in 2025.) What can I do to prevent this before something bad happens? 311 and @FDNY non-emerg line said they can't do anything preventive

@ConEdison Received note last week that gas line inspection due immediately otherwise they would shut gas off. Scheduled it for Friday May 1st and guess what, Con Ed shut off the gas 4/30! Best part, they cancelled original inspection date and now I wait for them to call me!

@ConEdison It looks like my complaint to your supervising overseeing agency got results. They finally came Friday and repaired the street light. Too bad I had to go over your heads to get a response timely

@ConEdison we have a dangerous situation on my street. A non operatoo up my street lamp. Exposed wires Someone came. Says he’d be back with a part he needed later in week. No one came back. I’ve gotten reference ticket numbers. No time frame of when a crew will repair danger
