Deeply disappointed by claim handling @abhealthin. After multiple queries as well as back and forth with your so called GRO, they fail to provide clear explanation of deduction. Moreover, over 6 times, they responded with copy-paste messages.

@airindia I am trying to travel from Toronto to Delhi on July 18 and need an extra seat since I am travelling with an infant. My child is big for a bassinet. Your call center and website dont allow booking infant on seat or booking extra seat. The call center has been unhelpful

@flipkartsupport - You really need to work on your email deliverability. I have a ticket open with your support team and all of their replies are going to my SPAM on Gmail. This is repeated even after marking each email as not spam!
