I was on a Space a month ago (Treat 369) where I shared my experience walking the halls of the CFTC and SEC along with their joint session and panel. I shared that the most remarkable thing I saw was the joint effort. The Chairman of the SEC mentioned it was maybe his third time at the CFTC for the fireside chat. Now we have a joint statement on what is or is not a security or a commodity in the cryptocurrency realm. That is a massive leap forward from a fireside chat shared just a bit over a month ago.
