$MCSTP is trading on Fidelity at ~$91.70. I understand $MCSTP will be converted 1:1 into shares of $STRC. The target range I heard from Saylor for $STRC is $100. Buying here at $91.70 seems like a free 9% capital gain over the coming months, plus dividends. What am I missing?
