@Debenhams absolutely shocking customer service in relation to a refund. Items returned on 25/09 and refund should have been received by the 10/10. Countless emails sent but ages to reply.

@Debenhams dreadful service. Ordered Wallis clothes yesterday premium next day delivery by DPD. You haven’t even sent the parcel to DPD yet so won’t be delivered today even though I paid for it. No number to call you and waited 4 hours now for response on your WhatsApp!

I hate to say it but this company is an absolute embarrassment to the name of Debenhams which was a well respected company in the past.
Since taking the name of Debenhams you have dragged it down and down and now it is a complete shambles!!!

@Debenhams Iv ordered my sofa coming up to a month ago and I still haven’t received them the courier company @Furdeco are saying you have cancelled my order and re allocated it and you have not told me nor refunded my money. This is absolutely disgusting if this is true. Sort it.

@Debenhams still waiting, 6 weeks since you said you'd be in touch, In the meantime, a scammer posing as Debenhams refunds on WhatsApp,has took me for over £1700, which wouldn't of happened if you'd been in touch when you said you would, or delivered the item on the date agreed

@Debenhams I have been trying to get your chat to resolve my returns and getting nowhere. How the hell do I get this resolved as now the chat has gone dead. I returned dresses on the 2nd October and we are now end of the month with no refund. I want a resolution and refund!

Absolutely AWFUL experience @Debenhams . We returned a £350 dress 3 weeks ago via the post office. The post office shows the item was returned the next day however we have no refund, there is no online tracker, no phone number to call, a whatsapp bot that is useless.
