In my opinion, there is no greater drill on the planet than PVC full speed check swings. It cleans up EVERYTHING and is as universal of a drill as we have. Check out the full progression here.

High School Football is the greatest dropout prevention and college and career readiness program schools can invest in. Add to this all other sports, band, music, choir, theater, chess club, robotics, and nearly other every school sponsored extra-curricular activity.
