The one time in a month I try to use @TfL underground to get to work I get stuck at green park for 12 mins with no picadilly line in sight and am now late for a work meeting. Yep, back to cycling it is.

Centre-left and left-wing parties would get 59 / 150 seats if this holds. The Netherlands is more right wing than many people realise.

The first real transformation I’ve worked on (and I’m a consultant!) It’s been great to be part of this consortium bringing together experts from the pharma industry and its stakeholders.

That’s only taken us 30 years 😊 “contribute to”, “transition away from”, “accelerating action”, “net zero by 2050” is of course all too vague and weak, and the proof will be in what countries will actually do. But that 198 countries agreed to this is historic. #COP28

I really hate the word "ambition" in the climate context. "Ambition" is a motivation to do something great, but unnecessary. Nothing is more necessary than phasing out fossil fuels. #COP28

We have known since well before COP1 in 1995 that fossil fuels emit GHGs which cause climate change. Yet it has taken us 28 years to even discuss a #FossilFuelPhaseOut, and it looks like #COP28  won’t agree on this. Pause and reflect how crazy that is.

Well… if even the US thinks the text needs to be “substantially strengthened”… 🙃
