@Freely_Advice Hi - thanks for your response. As, I said everything else works fine, Amazon, Nowtv, YouTube etc, it's only Freely that doesn't work. The TV is fully connected to my broadband.

@Freely_Advice I bought a new Hisense TV a few days ago, everything was fine at first, but the last couple of days Freely isn't working, every time I turn it on the signal is gone. Nowtv etc work fine yet I'm getting error code ETV104 when I'm clearly connected. Please advise TY.
