Dans le cirque permanent qu’est devenu le monde du DeAI, on vient d’assister à un numéro savoureux : Hier soir, Covenant AI le studio qui avait offert à Bittensor son plus gros joujou, le Covenant-72B, plus grand LLM jamais entraîné de façon "décentralisée" a purement et simplement démissionné ! Et pas avec un gentil post LinkedIn mais une déclaration bien piquante signée par le fondateur Sam Dare qui traite la promesse centrale de Bittensor de "mensonge pur et simple" À peine l’annonce lâchée, les subnets Templar, Basilica et Grail ont lâché quelque 37 000 TAO sur le marché Le token a perdu 17% en quelques heures, emportant avec lui environ +900 millions de dollars de market cap ! Rien de tel qu’un bon vieux dump fondateur pour rappeler à tout le monde que, dans la crypto, les mots "décentralisation" et "je m’en vais avec les tokens" riment encore très bien !! Le réquisitoire de Covenant est clair et brutale. Selon eux, un seul homme (Jacob Steeves, alias Const) peut suspendre les émissions d’un subnet, virer les modérateurs de leurs propres canaux communautaires, déprécier publiquement leur infra et, cerise sur le gâteau, balancer des ventes massives de tokens au moment précis où ça arrange son petit pouvoir ! Le fameux triumvirate de gouvernance c'est du théâtre. Trois signataires multisig pour faire joli, mais tout le monde sait qui tient vraiment le stylo "Le pouvoir n’a jamais quitté les mains d’une seule personne" résume Dare On appelle ça de la décentralisation, ou simplement du marketing bien huilé ?? Const, de son côté, n’a pas réfuté. Il a plutôt fait sa meilleure imitation de coach motivant : "Ça va accoucher des premiers vrais subnets headless et commodity !" Parce que dans ce milieu, la seule vraie décentralisation qui compte, c’est celle de vos pertes ! #Bittensor
