@flyethiopian I booked and paid for a flight with 6 people to Dubai.On my return flight to Johannesburg at 5pm today, customer service has told me that 1 passenger's booking is not confirmed and is thus on a waiting list for the flight.Please assist urgently!

I placed an order on Monday and was told that it would be delivered by 6:30pm on Friday the 22nd of July by a call centre agent. today I was informed that the order will only be delivered by the 25th of July (Monday). I am not sure what has changed? please help
@FlySafair I am unable to check in online and receive the following error message although you've sent me a booking receipt confirming all payment has been made! It's impossible to get ahold of someone in your call centre! Please help urgently!

@FlySafair I entered a voucher while checking out and got the following error. When I refreshed the page and tried again, I got an error saying the voucher has already been redeemed. I have lost about R2000 worth of vouchers but had to book the flight regardless. Please help!!
@UCOOKSA I didn't order anything from Ucook,but I have been billed. I deleted my credit card details so I specifically wouldn't be billed, but that didn't seem to work.After being billed,I had to go through your DARK UX design and pause my subscription!Please REFUND ME!
