On a real Ticketmaster is so useless I will never forgive them for blocking my account for presale

@UKBTSARMATION I got a standing ticket within 3 mins as my bf got 209 in the queue and there was loads of blue seats but he then was able to go back in and barely any seats were free

@TicketmasterCS None of that has worked and the presale is 16 mins in and I haven’t been able to join the queue once. I did everything right, didn’t have multiple tabs etc
