@TicketmasterUK I am trying to purchase tickets for The Fray in Berlin in October. When I selected my tickets it asks for my address but it won’t accept my address as it isn’t German and comes up with an error message.

@TicketmasterCS Wife sold some tickets and was told via Email 17 days for payment, that was now 27 days ago and no refund as yet?

@SelinaFan6 Hi! We’ll always provide the opportunity to transfer tickets whenever we can, but this option isn’t available for every event. It’s possible that it may be available nearer the event date, but this isn’t something that we can guarantee. Thanks! - LC

@TicketmasterIre I did not get to attempt to purchase tickets this morning as it continues to say your browsing activity has been paused. I have tried to sign in, I have tried to change WiFi or cellular network, I have switched devices and moved location. It is ridiculous
