NO balance from CTV and Global in their coverage of Carney‘s grocery price illusion last night: On the latest Liberal announcement they: - gave Carney glowing coverage without any Conservative response in their stories. -never mentioned it’s Liberal policies that are causing inflation. - no mention of the multiple attempts the Liberals have made to address affordability that have failed miserably. Carney doubles down on claiming the new world order will be built out of Europe. He wants you to believe that being a part of Europe is a good thing. It’s anything but. Three years ago, the Liberals made a BIG announcement, promising that grocery prices would go down by Thanksgiving. The media gave glowing coverage of that announcement. Grocery prices skyrocketed. Yesterday, Mark Carney announced more bureaucracy and government spending and claimed it would reduce the cost of food. CTV & Global News covered the announcement without critique…they didn’t include a single opposition voice in their coverage. The Liberals are repeating the same grocery promises and getting the same glowing coverage. Years go by, food prices go up, affordability gets worse…..and CTV & Global News keep cheering these Liberals along.
