@u_m_a_m_i nobody seems to agree on what the best hardware is to import old 8mm, Hi-8, VHS, S-VHS, or U-matic, might you have an opinion? Some folks insist you need a nice 2000's era TBC and then pretty much any decent capture card, others lean towards old DV cams with built-in TBCs, etc..
