Excited to see new treatments emerging for C3 glomerulonephritis. On this phase II study, iptacopan, a proximal complement inhibitor that binds to factor B was capable of reducing proteinuria and C3 deposits in kidney transplanted patients (n=11)with recurrent C3GN. @KIREports
