@anunay_cardio Is it V pacing, or is that IVCD? Cannot rationalise those very long AV intervals (~400msec) – V lead problem? Device is occasionally A pacing as intrinsic sinus rate results in some A’s falling in PVARP. Some RV moderator band PVCs coming through.

We created DeEP substrate maps w/ extrastim pacing, and co-localized regions of decrement and uncovered split potentials to BZ channels on LGE-CMR. BZ channels w/ mid-myo involvement, greater complexity & exit sites had more decrement and uncovered splitting. 4/5
