To celebrate #MobilityWeek, we ran a mobility survey of 4,000 urban dwellers living in 8 European capitals. When it comes to improving car congestion and freeing up space in our cities, carsharing plays a big role. Replacing private cars with shared ones makes for better cities!

Hello @drivy, deuxième fois que je loue une voiture chez vous dont la position sur la carte ne correspond pas à l'adresse. Il y a peut-être un check à faire...

@em_100 Hello Emma. We're sorry for this, we know it was stressful for our users who currently had rentals ongoing, or were about to start or end a rental. Our system went down (it was not a hack), and our tech team is working on an analysis and solutions to avoid this happen again.

@CharkiTazi Hello Amine, we're very sorry for the delay! Our servers are back up. If you haven't already been helped in the meantime, you should now be able to end the rental normally via the app.

@drivy Thank you, its been one hour i am on the line and still no response, how can i return the car ?

@FayAnnaWatson Hello Fay, apologies for the delay! Our servers are now back up. If you had to book another rental at the last minute, please contact our customer service to be refunded the extra cost.

@drivy The problem is that I cant contact with the person who rent me the car. Please could you send me an email to santi.martinezj@gmail.com with her phone number? Is the mail asociate with my user.

We are still experiencing technical issues. If you are unable to end your Open rental: 1. Take photos of the car (exterior and interior), fuel levels and mileage. 2. Take a screenshot of the car’s location. 3. Place the keys in the car and contact Drivy customer service.

@drivy And how can I get the mobile phone of the driver? She was supposed to end the rental 3 hours ago I don't have any way of contact her.
