@getaroundBE great app, TERRIBLE #customersupport. I had to call your customer service 3 times to simply get a ride back home after the car overheated. I've got transferred 2X to @GetaroundFR customer service which couldn't do nothing because... The issue is in Belgium.

@getaroundBE attention à cette entreprise. J'ai été arnaqué par l'entreprise suite à un heurt avec animal. Ma caution a été prélevée sans rapport de l'expert ni retour de l'assurance. A fuir absolument
