@AskPayPal I can't change my number if I'm not logged in. I can't log in without mobile phone verification. I'm stuck. What should I do?

@AskPayPal I changed my mobile phone number and now can't log in to my account. I can't access my old number. Seems the only way to get help is if I'm logged in, which I can't. What do I do?
