@droliangray im obviously biased but i would defend fountain like stadium diehards do. I couldn't see it banned since at least it doesn't encourage stalling but it does suck when it turns into fd 2 and someone gets a massive cg or combo because of it

Alright, I'm stirring the pot today. FoD has more RNG than unfrozen PS and it blows my mind that our first change to the stage list in years isn't to ban the more problematic stage. The plats can rise and fall at completely random and unpredictable times. A few clips below:

Imo, the best way to satiate Nintendo while maintaining competitive integrity:
BF, YS, DL and counterpick FD
In bo3, each player gets one strike. Winner of game 1 gets a ban.
In bo5, same striking. No bans, modified DSR where you can't return to the stage you last won on.
