For 25 years we didn’t just underinvest in mines — we underinvested in explorers and mine builders. Now the U.S. lacks the people who have the skills to raise venture capital, overcome real geological risk, discover tier-one mineral deposits, and then successfully overcome Murphy’s Law all the way to production.
