Man In The Middle with Rayme
Man In The Middle with Rayme@RaymonScannell·
I don't hate anyone or any religion. I get the anger many Americans feel when it seems like we're the ones constantly adjusting our ways, values, and customs to accommodate others, rather than the other way around. Concerns about compatibility—especially how some interpretations of Islam treat women—are legitimate and need airing out. But it seems wrong to smear an entire faith of over a billion people because of what a violent minority does. Not every Muslim backs extremism, just like not every Christian backs the murder of abortion doctors. What I don't get is the constant shutdown: Any concern gets slapped with "racist" or "Islamophobic" right away, no discussion allowed. I'm not debating those labels. What I want to know is: Where is the massive, visible outrage from the American Muslim community against the extremists who drag their faith through the mud and make life harder for everyone else? But let's be real: The voices of condemnation from the Muslim community often stay low-key, get buried in the news cycle dominated by the attacks themselves, or don't reach the scale of "screaming from the rooftops." The fringe extremists get endless headlines; the mainstream rejection doesn't match that volume or visibility. Look at Christians: When anti-abortion killers showed up, mainstream Christian leaders and communities made it loud and clear—repeatedly—that those murderers were a tiny, rejected minority who didn't represent the faith. That messaging helped stop broad suspicion from sticking. If American Muslims did the same—huge, consistent, public campaigns rejecting extremists, naming groups like ISIS/Al-Qaeda as un-Islamic criminals, and visibly isolating them—it could cut through the fear and stereotypes faster. Stop dismissing concerns as bigotry and start owning the narrative against the bad actors in your own house. The ball's in your court. Make the rejection impossible to miss.

Hey all - want to share some of the philosophy behind the updates to Yoru and Clove. We strive for balance that supports healthy pick diversity at all skill levels while rewarding coordinated teamplay - and currently, we believe that Clove and Yoru are too powerful overall (1/4)
