#ShareYourDream #Sweepstakes My dream vacation is to hit a few European spots with my wife - and would have to include Tuscany (for her) and Vienna (for me)

@HSBC_US When will my Mint work again? We have gotten emails saying that you refuse to play ball - see below. What’s the deal? This is disruptive to have HSBC be the only major US bank that doesn’t support this industry standard financial aggregator.

@monvural @wfrece @markcevans @JoshuaLKramer @HSBC_US @BobbleheadTyler @HSBC @HSBC_AR @HSBC_MX @HSBC_AUS @HSBC_NZ @HSBC_FR @HSBC_DE @HSBC_UK @basknip @mint @MintCares @n33L_M @TheKenWong @hjgibbons @HopefulHomes @vahowski @jeffwahl147 @kalisurfer @cyrusoliverlee Neither company is communicating clearly on this. But as painful as the process will be I'm going to move to a new bank. The inconsistent responses from @HSBC_US is nearly worse than the near silence from @mint. Thanking us for our patience though really irritates me @HSBC_US

@HSBC_US It's been months @HSBC_US, and I'm tired of waiting, so you really shouldn't be thanking me for my patience. I'm not waiting anymore, it's time for me to move to a new bank.

@HSBC_US - was not bad banking with you for the last decade, but we need to break-up now. Looks like the issue with @mint is not going to be resolved so need to move to a bank where connectivity with mint does work.

@HSBC_US Looks like @hsbc_us Twitter folks are still saying they don't support @mint, @eagarg. @HSBC_US if you'd been paying attention I'd already rejected your offer of your own tool as unnacceptable. I will not use your services if you don't support third part apps.

ATTENTION ALL MINT USERS! Contact Shaun McDougall at @HSBC_US to voice your displeasure at their blocking of @mint. Dial 212-525-5600, extension 600115257303 or direct dial 212-525-7303. Leave a voicemail, talk to him and explain how backward this decision is! #embraceMINT

@HSBC_US Absolutely not interested in the HSBC money management tool. If still not sorted with @mint in next 2 weeks I'll definitely be changing banks

I wish @HSBC_US and @mint would communicate clearly. At one point looked like HSBC was blocking mint. Now they're saying mint has to update the login process to support date of birth. @HSBC_US and @mint - which is it? An official statement would be nice!

@mint please provide an official statement on support for HSBC. At one point you and @HSBC_US indicated HSBC was blocking you. Now HSBC say you need to update the logon process to support date of birth. Which is it?

@HSBC_US ^GP went on to say that "In lieu of this service, HSBC now offers the Money Management tool". That clearly implied that mint would no longer be supported. @mint - please provide an official statement on whether HSBC is blocking you or whether you need to support date of birth

@HSBC_US Please allow Mint.com to access our HSBC accounts. Haven't been able to since you changed your website. It helps to have all of our budget information available to stay on track!

@HSBC_US Your messaging on this is inconsistent, to say the latest. ^GP earlier replied to loads of people saying " As part of our continuing effort to streamline our bank business with these products and services, HSBC no longer offers the use of third party application."

@ronaldwidha @HSBC_US I found mint.com really useful, but with HSBC blocking it I'm going to look for a new bank. Apparently Chase is really good with secure connectivity with other 3rd party apps.

@HSBC_US I have tried it and preferred other tools. It’s a lock-in, monopoly, anti competitive for not allowing to access my own data of my own choosing.

@HSBC_US been waiting for @mint to fix the connection to your bank. They reported that you guys are not allowing us to pull OUR OWN data out into Mint. We are the owner of our own financial data, not you! Please change your policy

@HSBC_US It appears I'm not the only one, you are going to lose quite a few customers because of this.

@HSBC_US why have you decided not to work with @mint and block your customers form their great features? #fail

@michaelhoffman @HSBC_US Time to find a new bank. HSBC is making a really short-sighted decision here trying to force everyone to use their useless tool

@HSBC_US So you are trying to drive additional business to your own competing products disregarding any inconvenience to your customers? Other banks will see your system as a "third party application". If you won't allow the use of them, why will they?

@HSBC_US Very disappointed you are not working with @mint to let your customers have access to our financial information. Am moving my business elsewhere as this is a critical feature for my banking. Fortunately there are so many other banks and credit unions that support @mint.
