🚨 Nearly 1.9M people (~90% of #Gaza) have been displaced, and 94% of hospitals are damaged or destroyed. 🤝 Through the AIUTIAMO GAZA project, EFE with @COOPI is training young first responders. 25 are already active, bringing care and hope across camps and hospitals.

🎓 EFE Algeria and @Citi Foundation’s Global #InnovationChallenge are bridging the skills gap with the AJYAL project. Nearly 50 young Algerians have gained key soft skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving & public speaking, boosting confidence & career readiness.

🌍 Globally, only 35% of STEM grads are women. 💻 At 22, Noemi started coding with no experience & is now completing a 600-hr Python course through Training for a Digital Future 3.0 with @Accenture & @gitanos_org, gaining real-world skills & projects. #IWD2026 #WomenInTech

We’re proud to renew our collaboration with @Citi Foundation through the Global Innovation Challenge, empowering youth across MENA with digital and green skills 🌍✨ Together, we’ll train 700+ young people across 5 countries, with 280+ directly connected to jobs.

In Yemen, women face tough barriers to starting businesses, but their ambition is unstoppable. Through #Mustaqbalak, EFE is helping them gain the skills, confidence & support to thrive. Funded by @Silatech & implemented by @efeyemen_, EFE-Europe & @Alamalbank. @EAA_Foundation

Empowering young Moroccans with the skills, training and job opportunities they need to thrive. Since 2008, EFE has supported over 81,000 youth, bridging the gap between potential and the labour market to build stronger communities and lasting change.

On #WorldMentalHealthDay, we highlight EFE’s psychological first aid training in #Gaza, where young people are learning to provide urgent mental health support in emergencies. Similar programmes in Jordan, Yemen, and beyond address a critical regional need. #YouthEmpowerment
