@Portergauge I agree with you that a clean slate is not the solution. And I don’t know what is. But I can tell you that I as a player have lost interest in keeping track of what’s going on. I used to read every single quest and read the books and search online for bits of lore.

This is an *incredibly* well made video, and I absolutely do agree that Blizzard is trying to go in this direction for WoW. …but man do I hate it lmao. Trying to wipe the slate clean of WoW’s existing story feels like it would be the death toll for community investment in lore.

I have a feeling that this is the mythic plus Keystone Challenger mount. (Top 1% end of season mount) It's such a dumb idea to use a glad recolor, that it seems very fitting for Blizzard to actually do. Plus it's bad for PVP so it would also make sense for them to do. I'm locking in this exact model for what they select:

@Ainastrasza I have bad news for you. They did not attempt RICO violations against Turtle or Stormforge, they're attempting because they know they can't win this lawsuit because the host servers are located in Russia who will not comply with US courts.

The amount of Ads and shit I kept seeing of this server on places like YouTube etc means I'm not surprised by this at all They did what Turtle did and made themselves way too visible and public

Powell in the lawsuit, claiming he is responsible for running the private server. Similar to the Turtle WoW case, Blizzard is citing the RICO Act, the law used against organised crime.

@haususuperfan @N_Tys26 As the other person said, the RICO violation will be thrown out, they're not an "organized crime organization". So this will fail and will have YEARS of litigation before it gets thrown out.

Xbox's strategy so far under Asha seems to have been just cheap wins and chasing their tail. I'm not sure why they feel so inclined to talk so much and do interviews, but they should probably just stay silent until they have a plan in place. If people in the industry are confused about what they are doing, I can't imagine how confusing it is for a casual gamer.

Games are generally for entertainment, relaxation, supposed to be fun. The devs running WoW now are driving players away. We don't care who you f**k on your own time, but to put politics into the game - we've been seeing a lot lately - is a death nail. The world is rough enough without you morons putting politics into the game. Also at i-lvl 290 M+3442, I couldn't even kill the boss in a Void Ritual today. There is no balance, and progression means nothing. Not everyone has friends or groups. Solo is important. What do you do? F**k that up too. The very moment a traditional good MMO comes on the market I'll be gone. You f**k up everything you do now. You broke hunters, on of the fun classes of the game. No knockbacks (other classes still have them), even our crafted knockbacks disabled. Few heals. The game is f**ked.

@M0NKEYCAN They paid way too much for pretty much only CoD. Blizzard games have been in a downward for over a decade now.

Xbox should not have bought Activision. Sega would have been a better bet.

@Atolanos @xKaedos Personally I think it's less "nobody asked for". Ogres have been being begged for god since OG TBC or Vrykul since Wrath. Blizzard ignores popular desired races to take the easy path and just reuse models, like Male Night Elf and Female Troll for Haranir models.

@xKaedos It's me I asked for haranir and I'd do it 100 more times. I've loved them since they were introduced in TWW. I'm so in love with them and excited to see their lore deepen. However I am also 100% into these other races being added as well.

This. Blizzard. I am talking directly to you. Majority of your players never asked for many of the playable races. People have widely asked for Ogres, Arakkoa, Sethrakk, etc. But you won't put them in, and instead you neglect legacy races and put in races no one asked for. You-!

A lot of people criticizing this mindset and move. I’ve been saying for a few years now that the industry needs to bleed out and cut of the major bloat and focus on what made these studios successful in the first place: Good Fucking Games. That’s all that should matter to us.
