Yes! I've been optimizing, and now my iPhone can render a whole Mycoplasma cell in real-time. There are 255 million atoms, and we can zoom into any one of them. This is all powered by our new rendering technology. WIP. #scicomm #gamedev #swiftlang

@kareem_fr Dupe histone grp along with coils you are joining up. After joined and dsDNA made, roughly put 3 strand mounts around each coil. Make locator, point contrain it to one mount, then aim/up contrain it to the other two. Parent histone group to that locator (keep offset).
English

@ephemble I tried exactly this! Two problems, first, you can't accurately position the histone octamer relative to the DNA, & the other problem is that each histone end up having a different pivot point and their rotational behavior is a disaster. I'd like to know how you'd approach this.
English

@kareem_fr getting the histone 'some to follow, ...you'd want to use strand mounts. Three of them around the coil, which you can then use an aim constraint with (origin/aim/up), to get a perfect tranfsorm frame. You parent your histones under that. Do this b4 duplicating your coils.

@markybola @Procreate Yikes! Always knew there was something lurking inside you.

@drewberryIV Condolences. On the way through dont forget to grab your free pass for the next one.
