Our company’s YouTube channel has been suddenly terminated (youtube.com/channel/UCi-A1…) without any prior warnings about spam/deceptive practices/scams and our appeal request was denied due to allegedly violating policies on spam, fraud and deception. There was no specific explanation which exact videos caused that.
We want to clarify that we are not engaged in any fraudulent activities and we did not post any fraudulent links.
We post educational content for our employees (over 60000 people - linkedin.com/company/eurasi…). We post our videos unlisted so that only our employees could access videos. We do upload a large amount of videos, those are educational video lectures/playlists for our employees and enterprises. Each enterprise requires their own playlist and unique links, that is why some content could have been repeated (uploads took place about two years ago). We have an idea that this could have potentially triggered the algorithm to flag us as “spam”.
Our content is focused on promoting ecological awareness, fostering leadership and communication skills, and developing essential hard skills needed in the modern industrial landscape. These materials are designed to support the continuous growth and education of our 60,000+ employees across the company and it was never our intention to violate any policies.
We kindly request a manual review by a human and channel restoration, as our employees are currently left without access to essential learning materials. If any of the content was found violating the policy, it was unintentional and we are willing to take corrective actions to ensure it adheres to the policies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 🙏
