Fintech is cheap across the board. $NU is at ridiculous 11x 2027 earnings... These companies are expected to deliver double-digit annual growth for at least the next 5 years. If market sentiment worsens further, we can get 2023-like buying opportunities. Are you buying any?

@IFGerryWimmer That’s a very kind offer. Just wondering where your new pics get posted. You seem pretty good at picking and I want to know how to be informed of your next new pick when it comes along with the reasoning for picking it. Thanks

@DrJebaim $BVERS it owns 50,000 acres of land so just on that alone you buy one acre of land for less than $2000 plus you get about 7% cashflow via dividends. Coal prices are starting to rise and they are diversifying with residential rentals and a solar project lease in the pipeline.

Deep value investing in one sentence: Find a company with $100M in cash, no debt, profitable operations, trading at a $60M market cap. Buy it. Wait. Let math do the rest. The market eventually notices.

@leevalueroach But sometimes a ceo makes a big buy eg $1M but it only increases their position by 1%. They might be trying to send a buy signal to the market to protect their $99M existing stock. I like to see them buying to double their position or something significant.

Following insider buys is like getting a cheat sheet for stock research. When the CEO is buying with their own money, not options, not grants, they’re not guessing. They know. Track the Form 4s. That’s where the alpha hides.

@InsiderRadar Who wouldn’t buy that many shares at a huge discount? Worse yet why didn’t other insiders jump at the chance for cheap shares? Red flag

@MMMTwealth Hard to ignore CEO buying $25M of stock. Why aren’t $AMZN insiders buying stock by the millions? I own both but expect $UNH to gain faster than $AMZN in the short term

Here's the deal: $UNH is a risky play with a lot of complexities that you or I don't understand. They also have historically traded in the 17-22x PE multiple range. Let's assume eventually $UNH returns to 17x...though in the near term this is uncertain. Now if they meet analyst estimates (short term this is most definitely not a given) there's ~90% upside with $UNH. With $AMZN, you've got a Cloud segment potentially worth $1.3T, and an ads business worth $1T. Not even touching on the e-commerce. A company like $AMZN has greater upside and far less risk. Why do you want to get involved in a company like $UNH when there's better and safer opportunities out there?

@KyleAdamsStocks I guess you could try to find out where that $14,000 ends up and hope it’s a public company? Whoever gets it must be sitting on some crazy profits

I have to get my feeding tube changed every 4-6 months, and while I have insurance to help it still costs me $800. The procedure takes 30 minutes total, and doesn’t even require a doctor. I don’t have a great answer for how to fix this, but something needs to be changed because this is ridiculous.

@unusual_whales % net worth loss is a better metric. With inflation, the losses will always have records broken as time moves on. One day 1 trillion will be lost with just a 1% drop in the market, inevitable eventuality

@ACollect0r76778 @leevalueroach Tikr doesn’t seem to screen for pink/grey sheet stocks or when I pull up an otc none of the financials show up on tikr despite the financials available on otcmarkets.com. Have you found anything else ? I like tikr otherwise and I’m considering building my own screener

Deep value nano-caps are the best. I don’t know why anyone who isn’t managing over $10mm even focuses on anything else. You get incredible edge and don’t have to compete with hedge funds.

I really like $SKTP. A luxury hotel trading at $15 million and change with 5,500 acres of land at an 18-cap. A competing hotel with only 418 acres and less rooms sold for $17.8mm. On a going concern Skytop is worth $2,500 and in a takeover it is worth over $4,000.
