@Dzaddy18 @RobynPorteous Same I flew BA and SAA with babies and got hand luggage. One checked in bag, car seat check in too, baby meal and seat with bassinet and on BA i even recall they moved the passenger next to us when they saw the plane wasn’t full so baby essentially got his own seat ❤️‍🩹

@RobynPorteous I got an extra check in baggage and hand luggage allowance, extra legroom, a bassinet and also food and toiletries. I guess it just depends on the airline

Airlines charging infants at 15% of the normal fare of a plane ticket when they a) don't have their own seat, and b) aren't catered for in any way is wild to me.
