Id like to train on the day before and after. If a session falls on gameday, simple adjustments to volume will suffice. Get it in when you can.

NBA has always had haters. I think viewing channels are all over the map so that hurts measuring views. The play is absolutely amazing, def is good. Couple things I'd like see improved are there are too many stopages, i with games ended by point target instead of time, foul bating needs to be continued to be mitigated.

@bowtiedmeathead my 12 yo male just started working out with me. I train for basketball athleticism, I mix Knees over toes guy stuff with zac goodman BMT. Seems to be working! He's relatively bouncy. Def a confidence builder.

I had another baseball dad sitting in front of me the other day. We got into where our kids train etc. The shock when I said my 12 yr old lifts weights was amazing and disheartening. The fact that people still think this way is wild. A baseball dad saying 12 yr old kids shouldn’t lift weights… Make it make sense…. If anything, proper strength training prepares kids to handle those exact demands more safely, with better technique and less risk of injury. Same dad is going to be shocked when his kid doesn’t make the high school team because he is too weak.

@farango77 @ClayTravis I was talking to a guy in construction lending in Williamson county, he was told me his son is being recruited by Florida, Tennessee and either Mississippi or Mississippi State. Crazy. All his boys play ball and it wouldn’t surprise me if all go play college.

Tennessee high school football has grown to an elite level over the past twenty years or so, driven by explosion of talent in Nashville. You can now win a national title at Tennessee by just recruiting kids within three hours of campus.
