@RexChapman Do we need more evidence he’s chicken shit… him and musk are the school nasty bullies, who have made that into an identity and been enabled with money. They are just the unpleasant rich kids who threw thier money around and were unlikeable. Stil are, still being enabled

It would be utterly childish to get #FarageRiots trending right in the middle of the Reform Conference, so please don't retweet this using that hashtag. #ReformUK24

@earth_views1 @TerribleMaps Each area of the uk has a dominate fast food shop selling pastry wrapped food, apart from London where all they have is rubbish sandwich shops. Ie Cornwall and Devon have pasties; very special meat pies and the rest of the uk has @GreggsOfficial. London has sadness in bread.

@henrymoeranBBC Jonathan Agnew has to be one of the best commentators ever. He’s just so so good. He makes things sound so exciting whilst making you feel like he’s in the room with you (and not in a creepy way, like someone you’d genuinely invite round for dinner)

It is hard to articulate just how dangerous this will be for people. For those without a spiritual understanding of the world what I am about to say will sound crazy. But they will feel the effects all the same. Real time generative AI with virtual reality is poised to be the most effective medium for the demonic that we have ever seen. Mother Teresa once called the television “Satan’s Tabernacle in the home”. How quaint does she sound even today with what we have in our pocket? How much will we laugh at the “problems we thought we had” but now we “know better” and how with these new technologies we “now have actual problems.” I am not a Luddite. But I am also unwilling to ignore the realities of fallen humanity and the darkness, selfishness, resentments and desire for pleasure we each nurture in our hearts. Think about it. Think about how the Heavens are the world of ideas and the Earth is all of material reality. Humans are where Heaven and Earth (ideas and matter) meet. In a misguided attempt at finding wholeness we seek to become God and make our very own place where Heaven and earth (ideas and matter) meet… but we aren’t able to do it, and are instead instruments of the demonic.

@Feargal_Sharkey @MerlinEntsNews I feel like this could be an amazing Richard Curtis style real life film prison break, with the ending being you, Chris packham and a team of vets just walking out with the little dudes and take them to a happy home with fish and water and day light…..

The company which is holding the penguins under house arrest in a dingy basement on the south bank is @MerlinEntsNews, sold in 2019 for a staggering $7,500,000,000 How much of that then should I count as blood money for the lives of 15 penguins?
Steph Spyro@StephSpyro

Momentum to free 15 penguins in Sea Life London Aquarium’s “basement” enclosure is growing! Great to see The Times picking up our story about Chris Packham, Feargal Sharkey, Peter Egan and Dale Vince joining dozens of others in demanding the animals are released!

@pastasnack_e @drjanaway It’s worse than that it’s a graduate tax that’s at a higher rate on poorer people and lower earners. If you can afford to pay upfront it’s cheapest. It’s the opposite of how a tax scheme should work

We should just acknowledge that the student loan system is a graduate tax and be done with it. That way we can design better policy that takes this reality into account.
Simon Hannah@Simon_P_Hannah

In 2021 I owed £61,586 on all my student loans. I am pleased to announce that 3 years later in 2024 I have managed to get that number down to... £61,757. Yes, after paying £300 out of my salary every month I now owe the @SLC_Repayment £200 more than I did 3 years ago.

To put this into perspective, student and alumni athletes from universities in Texas alone won a total of 21 medals including 9 Gold medals whilst fielding 15 competitors at the Paris Olympics. If they were a country, they alone would be position 12 in the world. Schools and college systems have to be our priority as feeder programs for any program we want to engage moving forward. The state of sports in our school systems hasn’t progressed over decades and in some instances regressed over time.
dennis ombachi OLY tweet media
dennis ombachi OLY@ombachi13

No need to rush with sports academies when our talent identification system foundations can be easily fixed starting with our learning institutions, primary and secondary schools all the way to tertiary education is where most talents are born and unfortunately die. 85% of team USA gold medalist all started their Olympic journey from learning institutions, with some still pursuing education in the same institutions. Let’s upgrade and invest in sporting facilities from primary schools all the way to universities 1st, that’s where most talents are born. A football pitch with goalposts and dusty running track isn’t the investment that will get us to the next level. It has to start from the grassroots before we build world class stadiums, sad to see learning institutions that were traditionally sporting powerhouses putting less focus on sports with the notion of focusing on books while the two can coexist and thrive.
