I noticed something interesting: Claude Code auto-adds itself as a co-author on every git commit. Codex doesn’t. That’s why you see Claude everywhere on GitHub, but not Codex. I wonder why OpenAI is not doing that. Feels like an obvious branding strategy OpenAI is skipping.


Subagents are now available in Codex. You can accelerate your workflow by spinning up specialized agents to: • Keep your main context window clean • Tackle different parts of a task in parallel • Steer individual agents as work unfolds



The web was amazing prior to the reactification of everything 😄. Hotwire's Turbo framework is based on Chris Wanstrath's original Pjax concept (that powered GitHub in those early years). This kind of speed is still possible!
