@fanatec They never reached out. I spent nearly 6k on a full DD1 setup that's now a giant paper weight. I wish to get it repaired one day and make my son a rig but shit happens I guess

@fanatec Yep. I was told that the service department is revamping due to the restructuring and repairs are not available. Support also mentioned there's a case specific list of customers that are waiting for repairs - so when the process opens, they'll reach out. They never did.
