2 years ago, Saka/Odegaard/White triangle felt inevitable. They felt almost automated to create dangerous opportunities for them.
Then Arteta decided to break it up to have more defensive solidity with Timber. Don’t forget that Timer was a CB before joining Arsenal.
When defensive solidity becomes your only priority, you pay a price for that.

@FPL_Harry It’s a mix of the league not being super interesting - any team can beat any other, which should help but seems to just make it so that no particular win or loss is all that important - and the FPL premiums being crap.

If you take away Szoboszlai's returns, my other 9 players averaged 1.2 points per player.
1.2 points. They aren't even averaging the appearance points.

If anything, Amorim's been given far too much time (which many called months back), and this patience (desperate hope) hasn't paid off. To suggest he needs yet more patience, is pretty insulting to what the expectations should be at this stage. No one expects a title challenge.

United could easily have had four goals… mbeumo (several half chances), Fernandes (volley hit the post), Shaw (blazed over from 10 yds out), Zirkzee (cleared off the line)… we had 25 shots against Everton. It’s just insanely bad luck

One thing people haven’t talked about much is the importance of intensity in Amorim’s team. You need to have the intensity in your game to play for him.
As much as I like Wharton on the ball, I think he misses that intensity off the ball. I think Amorim would choose Anderson.
