If someone has seen the power of AI and still doesn’t want to use it … you are obligated to fire them yesterday or you’re ngmi
claire vo 🖤@clairevo

The #1 question I’m being asked these days is “should I just fire the people who refuse to use AI?”

@mattpocockuk i find interesting that a lot of us our building similar tools for ourselves. recently i built a tool i call "nightshift" that is similar. runs planning, creates tasks/issues to keep things internal vs github issues and fires off ralph loops.

I couldn't find a great, simple framework for parallelising sandboxed coding agents. So, I built one. It's called sandcastle. This `run()` function: - Creates a worktree - Runs a sandboxed coding agent (on Docker) Super powerful, super-simple, 100% local

@thdxr Ive tried this two times now, complete failure both times. all LLMs need tons of tightly defined conventions, examples and a solid feedback loop.

working on a new project and once again i do not understand how people use agents at the start of the project i didn't even think to, just naturally went around defining interfaces to think through what i'm doing agent comes later

@austriker27 Tried that too, works basically the same. I just like the linear interface to manage issues over GitHub. the ralph loop looks for backlog and todo issues with the ralph label on it, commits the work and pushes to github where a workflow runs a claude code review.

What's the best way to give Claude code a big long task? I wrote it up and put it into a GitHub issue with numbers and formatting but it missed a bunch of stuff.

Was at a bakery this morning and their iPad tip tiers were 17%, 22%, or 27% and I was so taken back and had to break out of that to get to the custom tip option for 20% I imagine that most people just pick the middle option

@iannuttall Yes! I had to add a timeout check in my ralph loops to kill the process and move to the next iteration with --resume

what if we gave every cloudflare agent a file system (sqlite/r2) tools to operate on it (shell) powered (and secured!) by codemode all powered by workers ai (or byom)
