@NeilFlochMD Indeed. Do sicker patients receive more oxygen and have more organ injury? Likely! Yes! Interestingly, medical center and anesthesiologist were the biggest drivers of oxygen delivery not patient. Exhaustive adjustments in this large study but residual confounding?? O2!!?

Fascinating findings on the negative effects of excessive Intraoperative oxygen. Would like to hear opinions on potential confounding variables in this study.
