I tried registering my domain name again and someone from GoDaddy (@GoDaddy) purchased my domain name on 04/21/2026 and it is now a premium domain, and they want approx. $1,600 for a $20/yr domain. CRAZY. I have been a customer of Ionos for about 26 years (formally 1&1).

Tried to login to my domain account and could not. I was informed by Ionos (@ionos_com) that they did not register my domain name because I had an outstanding balance. Ionos (@ionos_com) researched and found their system erroneously billed me.

I purchased a domain name, malindafoods.com from Ionos (@ionos_com) on 04/24/2025, and again on 01/12/2026. On both occasions I got confirmation and no further notification. Registered for my business on 04/20/2026 after 20 months of developing my product.

@Docusign I canceled my annual account a day after receiving notice of payment and I am being told I am not entitled for refund. Please refund me. A shame how difficult to cancel and get refund but so easy to purchase. No phone call for cancellation and refund but yes for sales!

@GoDaddyHelp Spoke to a knowledgeable staff last night and another this morning and my issue is moving forward. Issue and service purchased could take a few days. Great disparity in knowledge of support staff. First staff was not knowledgeable, I hung up called back a got someone much better.

@GoDaddyHelp The only option u offer me is to go back to where I got no help, your response speaks for itself. The only thing I see GoDaddy interested in is to sell, sell and upsell even if it is trash.

Be very aware of ur monthly bill when u sign up with @Vonage, they have varying rates and play games, very dishonest. I first opened an account with @Vonage over 20 years ago and it is disgraceful what the company has become. One day it is $9.99, other $40+, $20.
