KANSL2 is a critical epigenetic regulator that drives ribosome biogenesis and cell growth in GBM. These results suggest that targeting the KANSL2-mediated pathway could serve as a novel therapeutic strategy to disrupt malignant glioma survival. Congrats to the amazing team!
