Joey Swoll is the Bodybuilding..com days OG fitness grifter While being a sponsored athlete for “Shredz” the “athletes” were caught photoshopping physiques and claiming they were results from cookie cutter offered workout programs they sold They marketed and sold supplements claiming these were also key to achieving a physique like theirs when clearly they were on other “supplements” It’s also suspected that “athletes” were using bots to pretend they were chatting one on one with clients, and that Shredz was running fake social media competitions that never picked winners The Joey you see now masquerading as the morality police is just his next grift and cry for online attention he can’t live without

Today, we woke up to the devastating news of the shooting death of Cerina Fairfax by her estranged husband, reminding us that when domestic violence is combined with access to guns, it too often ends in irreversible tragedy. We cannot afford to treat cases of domestic violence shootings as private tragedies. They are preventable acts of violence that demand loud and urgent systemic intervention. This means strengthening firearm relinquishment laws for abusers and educating young people about how guns can turn everyday interactions into moments of incredible harm, where conflict escalates into lethal violence in an instant. We stand with the family and friends of Cerina Fairfax and all victims of intimate partner violence, and remain committed to advancing solutions that disarm abusers and protect survivors. Anything less is a failure to women, children, and the future we deserve.

We stayed in a little compound with Iraqi Police for awhile. I liked one of the dudes quite a bit so we talked a lot. One of our guys had served a Mormon mission in England before the war so he knew a little about islam. One day he told me to ask my friend the IP if it's true that in the end we would have to either convert or fight to the death. After a bunch of blabber about jizyah and other nonsense he finally admitted that it is true. If islam runs the world the answer is eventually Christianity must be stamped out and it's adherents butchered or subjugated. This is running in the background of all muslim immigration. Jihad of the womb, taqiyya, then eventually ruling in the open. It's against the religion to migrate to a non-muslim country unless this is the intent btw. Conquest is built in at the lowest levels of the faith.

@AntiDoc I have run it at 5, 10 and 20g a day and have never felt anything physical. I never really paid attention cognitively but it’s been a zero return for me. Maybe I will run it again at 20 and look for cognitive benefits

I don’t care what any of you say. Creatine is ridiculously cognitively impactful. The pumps and fullness are even more pronounced. Given the evidence, anecdotes, and price, it’s braindead to save your 13 cents per day because you “don’t feel it.” Objectively ridiculous hill to die on.

@RaidersLead @leviidombroo He was the #1 Juco WR in 83 recruited by Bama. Then he went to Fla ST then Oregon. Had a grade of 83 which is that of a #101 to #200 recruit. Didn't do much in college to say the least. Seems like a 7th rounder or UDFA.
