🧵Let’s talk about the $240,000 in "Childcare" reimbursements Eric Swalwell received during his time in Congress. The FEC’s “Incremental” Test The FEC does allow for childcare reimbursements, but the standard is exceedingly strict. To pass legal and ethical muster, these payments cannot simply cover a politician's everyday domestic overhead. They must meet a rigorous, three-pronged test... Direct Causality: The childcare must be explicitly and directly triggered by campaign activities... such as travel, canvassing, or fundraising events. Strictly Incremental: Donor funds can only cover the extra coverage needed precisely because of the campaign. Paying a sitter for a Saturday night fundraiser that otherwise wouldn't require coverage is permitted... subsidizing a regular, pre-existing, year-round nanny schedule is explicitly prohibited. Meticulous Documentation: The expenditures must be cleanly tied to specific dates, hours, and campaign purposes. A Predictable Drumbeat of Payouts A review of Representative Swalwell’s campaign finance disbursements, however, paints a picture that appears deeply at odds with the unpredictable, ad-hoc nature of campaign events. Instead, the filings reveal a ledger that looks remarkably like a fixed, weekly payroll. Consider a sequence of transactions logged across a single summer. Rather than fluctuating to match the erratic schedule of a campaign trail, the payments roll out with the steady, high-dollar rhythm of a salaried employee: June 6, $1,858.50. June 13, $1,607.75. June 20, $1,799.50. June 26, $1,711.00. July 3, $1,386.50. July 10, $1,829.00. July 25, $1,622.50. August 1, $1,919.82. August 15, $1,681.50. August 22, $1,829.00. These are thousands of dollars flowing out on a near-weekly basis, totaling a staggering $240,000. The clockwork regularity of these transactions raises an unavoidable question... Is the Swalwell campaign truly generating between $1,300 and $1,900 worth of exclusively incremental, campaign-specific childcare needs every single week? Or have donors unwittingly become the financiers of his family’s baseline expenses? The burden of proof rests squarely on the Congressman. To justify this $240,000 expenditure, Swalwell will need to do more than point to the theoretical legality of childcare reimbursements. He will need to produce the receipts... matching every single payout to a specific, documented hour of campaign work. Until he does, donors might rightfully wonder if they are financing a political movement.... or simply paying the babysitter.

Swalwell Press Account@Swalwell_Press

Here we go again. Chaya feigning outrage over a screenshot of CHILDCARE REIMBURSEMENTS, reported and reviewed for compliance and permitted under FPPC rules. Unlike the (possibly hospitalized?) President who has used his office to enrich himself and his sons, Eric Swalwell doesn’t pay off his family with taxpayer $.

🚨 The Big Balls Interview: Fighting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse In this interview with the DOGE legend Big Balls (Edward Coristine), we talk deeply about the fraud and national debt crisis plaguing our nation. Just while filming this podcast, we acquired an additional $810,000,000 in debt. This demonstrates just how bad the crisis is. If America doesn't cut out all fraud, waste, and abuse, younger generations will never have the same opportunities as those before them. It is time to end all fraud, waste, and abuse. If you enjoy it, please give this a like and reshare with others!

🚨SWALWELL CAUGHT RED-HANDED?🚨 This California Democrat gubernatorial candidate funneled over $244,000 of donor cash STRAIGHT into his OWN pockets by labeling it as "childcare" from 2019 to 2025. FEC filings show THREE payments totaling over $6,500+ that went DIRECTLY to his wife, Brittany, for WATCHING their OWN kids! So, while hardworking families scrape by to pay for daycare, Swalwell gets to turn his campaign funds into a personal piggy bank?! This legal loophole is a straight-up grift that ALL politicians ABUSE to stuff their own pockets. The time for change is NOW! Repost to share if you AGREE Eric Swalwell should be investigated immediately for this!
Liberacrat™️@ViralVideos

🚨🤬 WTF?! Eric Swalwell's 2026 gubernatorial campaign filings show him reimbursing his wife Brittany, $6,068, for supposed “childcare." Additionally, his congressional filings show he’s funneled over $244,000 in donor money for "childcare" since 2019. The highest by far in the ENTIRE U.S. House! Shelling out campaign funds for watching your own kids?! Not to mention, they have a FULL-TIME NANNY already on payroll and his wife’s supposedly ALWAYS available? Campaign funds AREN’T supposed to be used as your personal babysitting stipend. Yet ANOTHER reason WHY voters are fed up with these D.C. grifters and scam artists.

🚨ANOTHER DAMNING Swalwell DROP! The women are TALKING! 🔥Eric Swalwell, you pathetic predator! More brave women are dropping the hammer on your ABUSE OF POWER! Cheyenne L. Hunt came forward with the full timeline, and it’s damning (video below) While this creep hides behind a defamation lawsuit threat and cries “election interference” over Fang Fang, real victims are exposing exactly who he is. National security risk. Serial abuser. It’s only a matter of time before MSM drops the hammer on YOU, Eric Swalwell🫵🏻 EVERYONE, please LISTEN AND SHARE!👇🏻

🚨Eric Swalwell caught red-handed AGAIN. Multiple women dropping receipts: this dude’s been sleeping with interns & young staffers, slapping NDAs on them to shut it down, and sliding into DMs like it’s his full-time job. One whistleblower: “He’s slept with so many … and they sign NDAs so they can’t talk.” The swamp is DEEP! 🔥How is this guy STILL in Congress?! 🔥GET LOUD! Call for a full investigation and Swalwell GONE. This is why we drain it! They can’t govern when they’re compromised and unethical!

$246,208.98. That's how much Eric Swalwell's federal political committees have spent on childcare since June 2019. A quarter of a million dollars. Think of that number. Think of it sitting in a federal campaign account, which exists because donors gave money to elect a congressman, and then flowing out the door week after week after week to pay for the man's personal childcare. $246,208.98 across 3 committees over nearly 7 years. And here's the part that really makes the whole thing sing… 82.7% of that money went to one person. Eric Swalwell. He reimbursed himself. $203,657.42 paid directly from campaign funds to the candidate. The other $42,551.56 went to actual childcare providers. Everyone else combined got a fraction of what Swalwell himself took home. Why didn't he pay the provider directly? The filings call it "childcare for campaign event." That's the label they slapped on the payments, especially early on. CHILD CARE FOR CAMPAIGN EVENT. Sounds clean. Sounds legal. Sounds like a congressman occasionally needs someone to watch the kids while he shakes hands at a rubber chicken dinner. Except the payments don't behave like events. They behave like a payroll. In 2022, Swalwell's congressional committee made 57 childcare payments to Swalwell in a single year. 57 payments. $59,302.99. The median gap between payments was 7 days. Exactly 7 days. 23 of them landed on exactly a 7-day interval. 48 out of 56 gaps were 8 days or less. 55 out of 56 were 14 days or less. Every single one of those 57 payments in 2022 carried the same description… "CHILD CARE FOR CAMPAIGN EVENT." 57 campaign events in one year, each conveniently spaced 7 days apart. Think of it. Nobody has that many campaign events. Nobody. Not even the most hyperactive member of the House runs a campaign event every single week for an entire year. That rhythm is weekly childcare. That's your nanny. That's your daycare. And it got worse. 2025 was the biggest year. Not the 2019 presidential run, which is when you'd expect the heavy childcare spending if this were really about campaign events. 2025. A non-presidential, non-competitive year for a safe-seat Democrat running for governor. The congressional committee made 47 childcare payments to Swalwell totaling $70,701.18, plus 4 more direct payments to Patricia Rivera. Median gap between the Swalwell payments… 7 days. Again. 19 exact 7-day gaps. 36 out of 46 gaps were 8 days or less. Look at a stretch from the middle of 2025 and tell me this is campaign event babysitting… June 6, $1,858.50. June 13, $1,607.75. June 20, $1,799.50. June 26, $1,711.00. July 3, $1,386.50. July 10, $1,829.00. July 25, $1,622.50. August 1, $1,919.82. August 15, $1,681.50. August 22, $1,829.00. August 29, $1,770.00. That's somebody sending an invoice every Friday and getting paid out of donor money the following week. The descriptions on those later payments don't even bother with the campaign event fiction anymore. They just say "CHILDCARE REIMBURSEMENT." Or just "CHILDCARE." The label got lazier while the payments kept coming.
Rob Pyers@rpyers

(no...Swalwell uses campaign cash for his wife to pay their child care provider. The AOL-era CAL-ACCESS website does a poor job explaining the whole 'payments made to sub-vendors' concept)
