Been to loads of Barça games now, but this is definitely the best game I’ve attended & it wasn’t because of the 7-2 scoreline. It’s my first time seeing these guys in the stadium live and the way they chant the whole time & the whole crowd going makes a MASSIVE difference, they’re incredible.

My honest opinion about Barcelona vs Newcastle Generally, I'm very excited for the win but it was a very poor display first half in the way we conceded. His replacement Araujo made Lamine’s movement very difficult like the last time Midfield was ok most especially second half. I'm happy Benal can be called upon when it's time to score which is a rare quality from a DM. I'm just worried about his passes, the ball feels too heavy for him Lamine apart from the Assist was pretty average, Raph was excellent and Grandpa Lewandoski apart from losing all his duels was fantastic in front of goal Even I wasn't expecting and 8-3 scoreline. In case you’re wondering, this is the well-documented Massacre (or Martyrs) of Otranto in 1480. An Ottoman (Turkish) fleet under Gedik Ahmed Pasha landed near Otranto on 28 July 1480, besieged the city, and captured it on 11–12 August after heavy fighting. Contemporary and historical accounts confirm that after the sack (which killed thousands overall and enslaved many more), roughly 800-813 surviving Christian men (military-age males who had defended the city) were offered the choice to convert to Islam or be executed. They refused, led by a local tailor named Antonio Primaldo, and were beheaded one by one on 14 August on a hill outside the city (now called the Hill of the Martyrs or Hill of Minerva). The event is accepted by mainstream historians and the Catholic Church, which canonized the group (Saints Antonio Primaldo and Companions) in 2013. Their skulls and bones are still displayed as relics in Otranto Cathedral’s ossuary chapel.
