@ElitistPopulism @IAMRYT36 @RepMikeLevin Pickle gun? Do you think people are really shooting dills at people? And you're ignoring the larger point. Congress rights the law, and the words of the 14th are clear. If Trump wants to change it, then have congress rewrite/amend it. That's the system our founders put in place

Wake UP. The Attorney General of the United States just went on national television to say that being a citizen is a privilege, not a right. She went to law school. She presumably knows what the 14th Amendment says: if you are born on American soil, you are a citizen. This is a preview of exactly what this Administration is arguing before the Supreme Court right now — that they can strip citizenship from Americans born on U.S. soil to parents who are here temporarily or without documentation. They have been coming for birthright citizenship since Day One. And if they win, millions of people who have lived their entire lives as Americans could suddenly lose the right to vote, the right to a passport, and more. The Constitution is not optional, no matter how inconvenient this Administration finds it.

@ElitistPopulism @IAMRYT36 @RepMikeLevin Machine guns were invented in 1884, and i haven't heard of school shootings with scatter guns or cannons. So if intention was everything, then the 2nd amendment is up for interpretation. Reality is the word of law matters. To change the word of law, congress must amend it

@hangry_muppet @IAMRYT36 @RepMikeLevin The intention is everything. And that wasn't the intention of the 2nd amendment. Thankfully the founders wrote plenty on the topic. And cannons, scatter guns, and machine guns existed at the time of the founders.

@IAMRYT36 @RepMikeLevin The word of law is what matters, the intention is irrelevant. The constitution is law, and the words of the 14th amendment are clear as day. Same as the 2nd amendment. The intention wasn't access to automatic weapons that can be used for mass murders, but the word is law

Show me in the Constitution where it says that everyone in the world has a right to US citizenship. Here is a hint Levin...it's not in the Constitution. The 14th Amendment was intended to give citizenship to slaves living in the USA after the Civil War. Its was never intended to give citizenship to the offspring of illegal's living in the US illegally.

This is where they don't wont you to believe your own eyes. Minnesota wanted to investigate. The FBI took over. Then cut Minnesota out entirely. The state no longer has access to the evidence, the witnesses or the scene. The ICE agent who killed Renee Good, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen, in Minneapolis on January 7 will face no criminal charges. The DOJ ruled it justified self-defense. DHS said Good "weaponized her vehicle." Video analysis showed her car was turning away from the agent when he fired. A family autopsy found she was shot in the head. Minnesota wanted to investigate but the FBI took sole control within hours, cutting state investigators out of the evidence and scene. Vice President Vance said the agent had "absolute immunity." The shooting was the first homicide in Minneapolis in 2026 and the ninth time ICE agents opened fire on people since September 2025. The agent, Jonathan Ross, is an Iraq War veteran who was dragged by a car during a separate arrest six months earlier. Good's killing sparked national protests and triggered the ongoing DHS shutdown. No independent investigation was conducted.

BREAKING: At his cabinet meeting, Trump just bragged about how hard the mathematical equations of his cognitive test that he passed were. FACT: The hardest mathematical equation on such a test is referred to as the “Serial 7s” Test: You start at 100 and keep subtracting 7, out loud: 100 → 93 → 86 → 79 → 72 → 65 → 58 → This is literally what he’s bragging about. My seven-year-old could do this.

Trump gave Iran a 48-hour ultimatum to open the Strait of Hormuz or face strikes on its power plants. Iran refused. Trump said fine, wait 48 hours. Forty-eight hours passed, Iran didn’t open the Strait, and everyone awaited Trump’s response. Trump, instead of acting on his ultimatum, posted on Truth Social that he had postponed the attack for five days because productive “negotiations” had begun with Iran. Iran immediately denied his claim, saying there were no negotiations and the Strait would remain closed. Seems like Iran is not keen on letting Trump quietly chicken out this time.

Well let’s just assume Presidents alone control debt (they don’t)… First you would have to deduct covid spending from Trump, which would be about $4 trillion… Then you would need to convert debt then into today’s money…. So, in order, we have: 1.) Obama - $11 trillion two terms 2.) Biden - $9.5 trillion one term. 3.) George W Bush - $7 trillion 4.) Donald Trump (minus Covid) - $6 trillion 5.) Clinton - $3 trillion. That’s just the top 5, others added debt as well.

23 years ago tonight, in an Oval Office address, George W. Bush announced the start of the Iraq War. 4,492 American service members were killed in the years that followed. 32,292 were wounded. At least 200,000 Iraqi civilians died. The humanitarian impact was immense. America wasted 9 years and 3 trillion dollars on a war that never should have happened—a war predicated on a lie, pushed by warmongering neocon politicians, and paid for by everyday people. Imagine what that $3 trillion could have bought here at home. Imagine the decade we could have spent focusing on America, our people, our place in the world. Imagine the lives our service members, stolen from us, would have lived. But instead, the president took us to war. Yet another costly quagmire in the Middle East. I voted against the Iraq War. I knew the White House would lie to Members of Congress and voters alike to manufacture the pretext for a conflict—and they did. Now, Iran is shaping up to be Iraq 2.0—new lies, new bloodthirsty politicians, still paid for by American families. Yesterday, we learned that Trump wants another $200 billion for his war. That's after Congress already gave the Pentagon more money than it even asked for in the budget. Enough is enough. It is not too late to learn from the past. Stop this madness. Bring our troops home. End this war.
