The really high amp hours with high discharge are mostly not sealed*, while the others are probably ip54 or close. *The ones I have seen.

For >2 second hold it’d need to be ~75V to kill him, for 1s, 100V, for 0.5s, 150V. In other words, he’s fine. Source: IEC 60479-1
