The KIDS Act violates our 1st and 4th Amendment rights, censors the internet for the party in charge to eliminate speech they don't like, and allows them to trace the speech directly back to people instead of being anonymous, because you'd have to scan your ID to gain access.

This is so fucking disingenuous. This bill would make every website and app be forced to make it's users age verify, or face consequences. Not just porn websites.
Infact, nowadays most (if not all) porn websites already force you to age verify in America.

I did a 3 year tour as an Instructor assigned to the Advanced Electronics School Command in San Diego. I taught our men and women Radar system theory, operations, and circuit board, to the component level, repair of the most advanced systems in the world.
These kids were often straight out of high school. No other electronics training outside of the basic sciences offered to them by our public education system.
We taught them 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. No extra nonessential social sciences to impede progress.
Our workforce in the USA is fully capable of absorbing advanced curriculum without Universities controlling outcomes.

The U.S. Navy takes someone off the street and trains them to operate a nuclear submarine in under three years. Amazon can train an American to do a tech job in that same time. Every H-1B renewal proves the job was never temporary. The company had three full years to find, hire, or train an American. Instead they chose to renew the visa and lock in foreign labor. That is not compliance. That is abuse. It betrays every American who could have filled that role. Dump the visa renewal path. Hire and train Americans. The pattern is clear. Anyone else seen similar? Did you serve? How long did it take you to train up?

Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron are facing a new federal antitrust lawsuit in the US that accuses them of working together to keep DRAM production artificially low, leading to higher RAM prices.
The lawsuit claims the companies limited supply while demand continued to grow.
According to the complaint, this allowed memory prices to rise much faster creating a “RAMpocalypse.”
The lawsuit seeks class-action status and asks for damages on behalf of businesses and consumers who allegedly paid inflated prices for products containing DRAM memory.
