@LGUS Angel, we have had such a negative experience with LG and our oven catching fire—still no resolution. It’s so unfortunate because up until now we have purchased many LG products including monitors and equipment both at home & work. I will DM that info to you.

Y’all I never post reviews but feel I need to share a warning- our new LG oven caught fire 12 days ago. It was terrifying. After contacting many @LGUS @LGUSSupport reps & a presidential liasion who agreed to repair it, now said they will not. PLEASE BEWARE of LG appliances.
