Anyway, I’ve update my main website stanleymasinde.com to better reflect my current career status.

@RizwanHamisi @PyconKenya Django was my first framework for building fullstack application. It's well architecture and I like it from day one.

@PyconKenya please welcome this new member of the python community.
I thought python was a child’s play, having activity interacted with python for last 2 months at prod levels. All i can say is whoever designed django and all its ecosystem of libraries. Did a very good job.

I’ve added Umami analytics to my website StanleyMasinde.com after years of staying away from analytics because providers like Google analytics do not value privacy.
The current umami doesn’t follow users around and it’s self-hostable.
I can get insights about my website without selling out my visitors to big tech.
I’ll later self host it. Especially since I want to start doing this for clients.

@kennedy_odh @wamweaaa Monorepo comes in handy when you have multiple apps which have shared UI, types, ... but also need to be deployed as independent application.
English

@wamweaaa Unless there's a requirement for independent deployments, different domains, separate teams, or different release cycles, splitting them into separate apps feels like extra complexity for little gain.
