@FNBSA I spent 48 minutes on the phone with your business call centre to get a confirmation letter for my trust account, and still did not get assisted because fnb people do not understand under which department an estate agency trust account fall under.

Of incompetence, and the disrespect for clients. Someone please assist.

@CapitalLegacy I have just had the rudest call from one of your call centre agents, why do I have to be subjected to abuse by people who call me in violation of the privacy laws. I never gave them my number I will take this incident further

I have been waiting way past the promised 14 days max, in fact it has been over a month of waiting for service, if that’s how you treat potential client one wonders how you treat existing customers

14 days max was promised but not delivered, you are misleading people out there, why can’t you be honest, it been over a month of waiting and silly excuses
