I fully reverse-engineered Ramp's internal AI operating system. Their system — called Glass — is how they got 99% of their entire company using AI every single day. 350+ reusable workflows. Every tool connected at first login. Memory that refreshes every 24 hours. Automations running while everyone sleeps. I partnered with my engineering team and we broke down every component inside it. Then we rebuilt the whole thing for marketing agencies. 76 pages. Every system. Every layer. Every step. Steal it. Comment "OS" and I'll send it directly. Must be a following to receive auto DM

99% of Ramp uses ai daily. but we noticed most people were stuck — not because the models weren't good enough, but because the setup was too painful and unintuitive for most. terminal configs, mcp servers, everyone figuring it out alone. so we built Glass. every employee gets a fully configured ai workspace on day one — integrations connected via sso, a marketplace of 350+ reusable skills built by colleagues, persistent memory, scheduled automations. when one person on a team figures out a better workflow, everyone on that team gets it and gets more productive. the companies that make every employee effective with ai will compound advantages their competitors can't match. most are waiting for vendors to solve this. we decided to own it.

building these AI systems and workflows are the easy part. the hard part? being able to convince a business owner who's dealing with $500k projects to hire you as their AI partner. here's the three things I've learnt after going through my first closing call. 1. i'm not pitching the system, i'm pitching the outcome it gives. 2. i need to stop talking and just ask well thought out questions. more listening than talking. 3. have conviction in your work. be confident when pitching $10k for a service, you're the expert, so act your part. momentum is finally building and I strongly envision myself in a completely different position in 6 months.

everyone obsesses over finding the “winning product.” nah. it’s the winning process lol. same product on 2 different stores. same ad. same audience. one does $500/month. one does $50k/month. the difference? the store that wins has: 1. better copy, 2. better offer structure 3. better post-purchase flow 4. better retention. the product gets the click. everything behind the click determines if you actually make money. stop blaming the product. fix what’s behind it.

you wanna know why tennis is my favourite sport? you lose a point every second point. literally half the time you're playing, you're eating shit, getting frustrated at your own mistakes. but the person who wins isn't the one who sulks. it's the one who forgets it and moves on quick. over the past 2 years i've noticed business is the same. you're going to fail. that's a guarantee. but are you willing to lose 99% of the time in search of that 1% that makes you succeed? I for sure am.

X rewards consistency the way compound interest rewards patience. Post every day for 6 months and be patient. Your audience grows. Your DMs fill up with people ready to pay you. Most quit 13 days in. That’s exactly why the ones who stay win every time.

X is an incredibly difficult platform to crack. But if you do crack it, it will open opportunities beyond imagination. Politicians, head of states, and entrepreneurs, are using X not Instagram or TikTok as their social network. Build a personal brand on X, it will pay off.

we’re in that phase where: • AI is everywhere • everyone’s testing something • nobody fully knows what they’re doing If you’re learning & building consistently, say hello, happy to connect with you

the AI bubble on X isn't real life. the people you see talking about AI on here are maybe 1% of the business world. the other 99% are running real companies, making real money, and doing everything manually. that's not a problem. that's the biggest opportunity in tech right now. if you're starting an AI agency/ consulting business, start where the real money is. boring businesses that are ready to adopt but have nobody to show them how. plumbers. accountants. construction companies. recruitment agencies. they don't need another SaaS tool. they need someone who can walk into their office, look at their process, and say "I can cut that in half." that person could be you.

most of the people I know in real life aren't building anything. so I'm here to find the ones who are. I'm 22, building AI systems that replace the apps and VAs small businesses still pay for. what are you working on? drop it below.

In physio school they taught us to ask patients "show me what you did" instead of "what's wrong." You get a completely different answer. I ask every founder the same thing now. They show me the actual problem instead of the one they think they have.

Just got off a call with a construction company owner doing around $2M a year. He invoices in one software. Sends quotes through another. Customer info is scattered across 4 different inboxes. The only thing connecting them is email. He knows he's losing money somewhere in there. He just has no idea where to start looking. I was thinking about it on my walk after the call. A week in Claude Code and this guy's whole business would run differently: 1. One database pulling from all 4 inboxes, plus his quoting and invoicing tools. So when a customer calls, he doesn't have to check 3 places to remember who they are. 2. Unpaid invoices chase themselves. Nudge at 7 days, firmer at 14, lands on his desk at 21. 3. The second a quote gets accepted, the invoice goes out. No more "oh I'll send it tonight" from the finance team. 4. Every Monday he wakes up to a one-pager in his inbox. Money in, money owed, new leads, anything sitting too long. API cost on all of it? Maybe $100 a month. What he's paying admin staff to do the same thing, manually, badly? 3 to 5K a month, probably more. And he's never heard of Claude Code. This is the 5th call like this I've had this month.

@RONiNmedia000 anywhere intuition matters so like content ideas, app ideation, and reading market trends. AI can't replicate that to my liking just yet, it's still too generic and not in my tone of voice

it's crazy how fast AI has developed. you can now go from no experience in coding to developing your first app without needing to go to univeristy and sit through boring lectures off some geek. just sit in your room, watch a few claude code videos and actually build something real. what a crazy time we live in.
