@SandalsResorts On our first vacation since new baby and so far - Day 1 ran out of water, Day 2 out of ice, and now Day 3 no power for extended periods of time twice….need to get some support to this resort. It’s not going well here.

My day - email from @CitizensBank at 1:30am bc my acct is locked and call if it wasn’t me. It wasn’t. On hold 45 mins to be transferred to be on hold 45 more mins. Gives up and hangs up. Let someone have my if I have to wait that long for “urgent” call.
